1. About Hirely
Hirely is a job matching platform that helps international professionals find UK job listings from employers who hold active UK visa sponsor licences. We cross-reference all listings against the official UK Home Office sponsor register.
Hirely is not a visa consultancy, immigration adviser, recruiter, or employment agency. We do not guarantee employment, visa approval, or interview success. We provide information and tools only.
2. Eligibility
By using Hirely, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. Hirely is intended for job seekers. If you are an employer, contact us at hello@hire-ly.co.uk before creating an account.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- You must provide accurate information when registering and updating your profile
- You must not create multiple accounts
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. CV uploads and data accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy and content of your uploaded CV. By uploading your CV, you grant Hirely a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating match scores and displaying relevant job listings to you. We do not share your CV with employers without your consent.
5. Free and premium tiers
- Free tier: access to 3 job matches per search, basic platform features. Free forever.
- Premium (£6.99/month): unlimited matches, full AI scoring, advanced filters, priority access. Billed monthly by Stripe. Cancel any time from your account settings with immediate effect.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by UK consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Hirely to scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access Hirely
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Use Hirely for any unlawful purpose
- Upload CVs containing false information, malicious code, or content that infringes third-party rights
7. Intellectual property
All Hirely branding, design, software, and content is owned by Hirely Global Ltd and protected by UK intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Hirely provides the platform on an ‘as is’ basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are always accurate or current. We cross-check sponsor status against the UK Home Office register, but sponsor licences can change at any time. We recommend verifying sponsorship status directly with any employer before applying.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Hirely’s liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
